I. Expiry
1. A membership account, even if
unused, expires after one year.
2. A membership account is deemed automatically expired even
before the one-year period if the allowed number of downloads
on it has been used up.
3. An expired account may either be renewed or upgraded at any
time.
II. Membership Renewal
As distinguished from upgrading
an account, renewal is construed to mean maintaining the same
membership level as the one that had previously expired.
II. Membership Upgrade
An account, current or expired,
may be upgraded at any time. As distinguished from renewal,
upgrade is interpreted to mean a higher membership level than
the one that had previously expired
If an existing account opts to
upgrade before its available number of downloads was used up,
all its remaining download credits will be carried forward to
the new account.
