This sample Operating Report is from the Chapter 11 case of McCulloch Corporation. McCulloch was originally involved in the manufacture and distribution of chainsaws and other lawn and garden devices, with manufacturing and assembling facilities in Arizona and Mexico. The Operating Report is a standard format used in most jurisdictions, although in certain instances the U.S. Trustee's Office and Bankruptcy Court will allow some deviation based on a company's existing accounting systems.
